Man in the Moon is a good resting point.
If you do it correctly it will take no effort at all to stay in this position and you can actually catch your breath and rest while looking fabulous 🙂
Begin by sitting on your side. It will feel a bit uncomfortable because you are sitting on your tail bone, but almost immediately you lean back and than the pressure is gone.
Once you lean back put the hoop between your shoulder and your cheek, as I show in the video, and don’t let the hoop out of there.
Than put one foot on the hoop, flat, at 15:00 o’clock. Add the other foot straight up (12:00 o’clock), just like i do in the video.
If you don’t feel stable you can put the second foot flat inside the hoop as well.
Now comes the most important part – make your knees touch each other. This way you will be most stable and now you can let your hands off the hoop.
