Stretch Routine and Chest Stand

Some warm-up for my back
Some warm-up for my back

Lately I started working out at the gym to become stronger for my aerial training. I try to work out every second day, when i’m not doing aerial training.

Every training at the gym takes me about 2.5 hours and I’ve noticed that after that my body is very flexible and it feels as if it wants to get bent.

So, learning more and more how to listen to my body, I started stretching after my training while i’m still at the gym.

I wanted to make a video of me stretching and than I found this lovely lady’s video that I feel is really similar to my back bend routine.

I do have to say though that I start with a slower warm up, warming up my legs, hip flexors and doing splits and over splits but than I move on to a very similar stretch. I also stretch my arms more and I will make my own video soon, but meanwhile here’s the first video:

And than her chest stand, I do it exactly the same way! It actually made me happy to see it because I thought that I was the only one who get into the chest stand like that, being afraid to roll down on my face (the way i see so many girls do), but NO! i am not the only one!!!

This is a really good and controlled way to get into the chest stand for me, I don’t “fall” into it and I can completely control my back and the weight I have on my arms and neck.

So, enjoy her chest stand video and write me to let me know how do you get into your chest stand?

Send me your video of your chest stand and I would love to put it here on the website.
