Location, Location, Location

I created a map for all of us Aerial Hoop people so that we can find each other, know where we train in case we want to meet or while traveling and searching for a place to train.

If you want to add yourself all you need to do is open this link, then type your location in, either just the town and country or the street, town and country, whatever you feel comfortable with, click on the little icon which looks like a upside down teardrop to add marker and then in the marker notes you can put your name.

The map down here will show all of us!

Bird’s Nest – Aerial Hoop Tutorial

Bird's Nest - Aerial Hoop TutorialThe Bird’s nest is a beginner move suit for hoop and trapeze.

You might find it hard to do at the beginning because sometimes students have difficulties to push their pelvic to the other side once the legs are in the right flex position.

My advice is – as always – get somebody to spot you, but as he / she spots you ask them to help you move your pelvic to the right place and to go out of it.

Pencil Under the Hoop – Aerial Hoop Online Class

Pencil Under the Hoop - Aerial Hoop Online ClassThis pose is beautiful by itself but, as many other poses, it’s a transition to many other poses.

If you are a beginner you most likely won’t succeed to get into it very easily, and this is why i show in the video also an easier way to get into it, BUT it is important to remember that this is not the RIGHT way to get into it, it is an easier way to help you understand what it feels like to be in this pose.
